Thanks and questions
This is my second month using FineVPN. I am a user from mainland China. My previous knowledge of VPN was focused on OpenVPN and WireGuard. I didn’t even understand the difference between the two. After using your free XRay, I learned that there are other protocols and that they can bypass GFW more effectively. However, I encountered two problems during use, which have not been solved so far. 1. Of the four free servers, four could be connected and tested for speed in the first month, but only one was left in the second month. And the delay is getting higher and higher. Recently, I used HAPP or Hiddify to test the numbers, which are all 1000+. At the beginning, when there were three servers available, the lowest delay speed was familiar to be 400+. 2. I tried to find manual help on Telegram and fed back the server reduction problem to the robot, but there was no response. 3. I want to upgrade my membership, but I don’t have the virtual currency that meets your requirements because I don’t know how to operate it at all. 4. I have tried all the free servers of WireGuard, downloaded the software as required, scanned the QR code, and tried the mode of downloading files to add, but none of them could be successfully connected. I don’t even know where the problem lies. The above are the problems I encountered. Thank you for your free VPN, which can also fix the three servers that cannot be used. I completed this review using Google Translate, so there may be some unclear expressions. I apologize in advance and wish you a smooth work and life.
