I absolutely loved my clothes I got from here!! I’ve been seeing them on Instagram for a while but didn’t order until just recently. I got the Lindsay wrap dress and got so many compliments on it. Shipping was fast as well & my package was sent from a US warehouse so I’m surprised at some of the notes saying it comes from somewhere else. Honestly my new favorite store!

I can't thank Charmaine in the UK Customer Service team enough for her incredible support! I was struggling to retrieve a return label, and she not only helped me get it sorted quickly but also went the extra mile by checking back in to make sure I received it. Her patience, and dedication made the whole process so much easier. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this genuine and thoughtful. Thank you, Charmaine you truly made a difference, and I appreciate you! 🌟✨

Ordered their Adara Pink Ruched Mini Short on 29/9 and delivered 4/10 so only 6 days. No issues, nice soft material. Good communication.

Sad to read poor reviews as my experience has been great. Delivery is slower than other places but that’s to be expected. Quality of the items is good, selection and style are both great. Returns could be a little easier but I’m sure they will work out the kinks!

Ordered an outfit from finesse.us which came quickly. Unfortunately was a little too big so I emailed to ask for an exchange where I got a reply straight away saying it was no problem. The next day I received an email confirmation to say my exchange had been ordered. Very professional with immediate response. The outfit quality was great too I can’t wait for the smaller size as I know it will look great on!
