I have no income and they have me connected to an insurance that has copay’s

We are sorry to hear you dont have an income. The rules are, you do need to make a minimum amount of money in order to qualify for this coverage and government assistance. It may be in your best interest to cancel this coverage so you dont get hit with any IRS penalties in April 2026 and you should apply for Texas Medicaid instead. In your state its 211 on your phone or you can go to : https://www.hhs.texas.gov/services/health/medicaid-chip

My Agent was extremely helpful and…
My Agent was extremely helpful and extremely nice and made it a point to go above and beyond. Customer Service was 10 star and very helpful to me. I was just released from jail and things are pretty stressful as it is and it's hard enough to ask for help or depend on others so calling someone as delightful as her made my day and my transition into society really easy.
