Hi, sorry you had a less than perfect experience. In general, health insurance subsidies are actually real. The amount of subsidy you receive is based on your estimated income for the year and your household size. Being dishonest about either could potentially cause tax issues in April. Do not pay any insurance company to help you get a subsidy for your health insurance. If they try to charge you for their services, run. Our service is free. We charge nothing for the help. The information we use is provided by the person(s) signing up for the subsidy and the insurance coverage. Thank you for the review.
