Hello, we do see you had called in many, many times, however you called in over the long Thanksgiving holiday weekend when we were closed - which was why no one was available to answer your calls... Also. since you were just enrolled the day before, your member ID would not be available. The carrier would generate this info 5-10 days after they receive your application. They usually dont provide member Id's to us. If you need more help, you can call us at 657-220-6740 and an agent can help you. Please note, we are here Monday- Friday from 7am-4pm Pacific time, and generally off Holidays and weekends. Thanks for the review.
