They want to charge you $49 before you even know if you're approved for the medication or not. That screams scam. I'm not giving you my money unless I'm actually getting a product.

Total SCAM!!!!!! Contact your credit card co and dispute the charge. I really dont know how these people can feel good about themselves.

I sent in all the documentation and then was told they could not help me with what I wanted. They will not respond to email. Everything I've read said this may be a scam so I'm concerned out about identity theft Not sure what to do next.

SCAM the address is a wood field, the phone number is an Indian guy, and they do not answer the emails. I had to alert my bank because they do not get back to you and it is disturbing they are "subscribing" people with payment info! Do not use this company-go to your family doctor

This company is a scam. It advertises for prescription weight loss management via telehealth. However, they just take your money and you don't ever hear from them again. Their phone number goes unanswered and the emails for the customer support come back as an invalid email address. I googled the address and it shows someone's house. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

This is a horrible company with horrible support. They now have $300 of my money after stating they had cancelled my subscription and refunded me. They did not cancel my subscription. They did not refund me.

They took a deposit and prescribed me ozempic after I submitted my health history. The Ozempic needed a prior authorization to my insurance. They completed that. I got a letter from my insurance saying it has been denied. I emailed them notifying them of the denial. The only times they have emailed me since them did not address the denial. One was telling me it was time to refill the medication that I have never received. Another was receipt and invoice for $250. I then sent them another message because now they have $300 of my money and I still have not received any weight loss medication. I have also gotten 3 messages to rate their customer service. So I give the a poor rating and explained why. I have also emailed them again asking for my money back, and still do not receive anything other than automatic replies that the have received and are working on it.

If I can rate a zero I will. One star in my opinion is being generous. It is obvious this company is a scam. I purchased their membership, paid the initial amount and began filling out the information. Unfortunately, my laptop froze so I had to restart my computer. After doing so, I went back to their site to continue, there's no way to log in to an account, and each time I click to start, they are requesting for payment AGAIN. I emailed them immediately regarding the situation, I did not receive any reply. I followed up on the email, still I did not receive a reply. I emailed them requesting a cancelation and refund, they still have not replied. Please DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT sign up for this service. Learn from my mistakes. They are scammers!!!!
