Why was I charged $149.00
Why was I charged $149.00, when it clearly states the I will not be charged that until December? I really feel like this is nothing, but a scam and I want my money back ASAP! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I was only supposed to pay $9., nothing was mentioned about $149. at that time. Please discontinue sending or taking my money at this time. I expect a full refund.

They tricked me with the $9 promo
They tricked me with the $9 promo, never got that they immediately charge me 150 got the medication literally saw no results and still not understanding why I was prescribed antidepressants and a no drinking pill ??? I asked for cancelation they bill me again for nothing and Now saying I can’t get a refund.. because my subscription started what subscription??? I have even had a follow up with this company

I signed up in September 2023 and was…
I signed up in September 2023 and was "prescribed" medication but my pharmacy never received anything. I spent 4 weeks trying to get this figured out. I sent a cancelation request of September 28th 2023 and was told it was being processed. However, I've been charged for October and November $149! There's no call center or direct link to speak to anyone about this. I want my refund asap.

I wanted to try this product out
I wanted to try this product out, I heard amazing things about this! Well I paid the $9 and never was able to get this prescription filled and I just looked at my account and they have taken out $148. For a product I never received. I cannot find someone to talk to and I am very dry.

Took out $99 without my authorizating…
Took out $99 without my authorizating it continue to try and take $99 and $149 multiple times. I always denied it. Never received anything from this company. I want a refund of the $99 and $9 you took out of my account. I never received anything so why should you keep my money. I’ve filed a report. Because you shouldn’t be able to take money from someone your not sending product to.

No medication, canceled subscription. Still took my money. Emailed them, they said to cancel again but still won't return my money.

Unbelievable
Would give 0 stars if I could. The website/app is not at all user friendly, and it wasn't worth the effort of figuring out how to use it, so I cancelled my account. I just looked at my HSA statements and realized they had charged me $150 for FOUR MONTHS without me knowing. They never once sent me an invoice, an email following up, or anything, just taking my money.

I'm very upset i highly highly don't recommend this company, its a scam i signed up never received the Wegovy never spoke with the quote Coach that we suppose to been talking to because I never received the medication due to back order woke up this morning $149 was deducted from my account I'm pissed been trying to reach out to someone no luck VM.
