This company is bogus and should be looked at by the BBB. They tell you that you are a candidate, take your money, then tell you to go to your doctor and that you're probably not a good candidate. Just go in to the Dr office! Save tour money and get an effective team of people who care about you not this rip off. Make sure not to give them your credit card information.

Find another company to go through because this one is horrible! The doctor they assigned me too Trissy Chun ...I received my order but I never received the Zofran for nausea like I was promised I also can't get through to anyone they don't answer your messages....also they know nothing about this medication they told me inject 25 units!!! Thats wayyy to much for the first time your only supposed to start at like 10 units not to mention had I injected that 25 units i probably could've overdosed and got sick and I wouldn't have enough semaglutide to inject for the next 3 weeks they only send you exactly enough! Either way thinking of getting a lawyer involved there is no way they have real doctors working for them!

My Apple Card had received unauthorized transactions from your company every month charges,in the amount of $149,00 haven’t authorized. Please refund all of monies that had been deducted from my account. I’ve called and left several messages on several occasions regarding these debts no one answered or called me back. please contact me at I had to cancel my card several times because you didn't solve my problem, it's interesting that you always figure out how to go there and make the charge, but you can't cancel something that I already said that I don't know about, I never signed nor am I interested in signing with you.

I do not recommend them, they lure you in with the initial $9 membership fee and then what they charge for the medication but once you agree you're locked in a subscription for $149 every 4 weeks which does nothing. It doesn't even go towards the cost of the medication so that is $199 on top of the $149 for the pointless subscription. It is hard to get a hold of anyone in a decent amount of time because they only give you an email or a phone number you can TEXT but not call. That is unacceptable and ridiculous, healthcare is expensive as it is and they're just looking to bleed people dry while providing subpar customer service.

Do not do not give them your bank information. They are harassing me after I paid for a consultation!!! Only they were having a deal. I asked the company if they had a certain medication- they responded and said no . I said okay thanks. Next time I know they charged me $150 and emailing me to unblock them I NEVER RECEIVED ANY MEDICATION NO LABS NO SERVICES . As far as I’m concerned I paid for the consultation already. They decided to dispute my charge and provide email evidence of me asking my medication question - as grounds that I needed to be charged $150! Don’t worry I will also be telling my bank off Monday morning as well
