UPDATE! I apologize for the review. It turns out that my insurance company was in fact giving them the run around. My insurance was trying to say sunrise wasn’t getting back to them when in fact it was my insurance. I’ve been approved and I should be getting my medication soon. This experience has been one disaster after another. There's no phone number to get in touch with the company. The address is a house that's for sale for almost 6 million dollars. My insurance company needs prior authorization. It's been sitting with them for 4 days and has not been sent back. They tell me it's my insurance company's fault. They were quick to take my money but trying to get this medication covered doesn't seen to be a high priority for them. Dr tells me to contact support. Support doesn't respond. Where do I go?
