Hello, I am contacting you regarding charges made by Findsio on my card. I initially authorized only a $1.00 payment. However, I was subsequently charged $9.90 twice, which I did not knowingly authorize. The charges I am disputing are: $1.00 — authorized $9.90 — unauthorized $9.90 — unauthorized Please cancel any active subscription associated with my card immediately and refund the two unauthorized $9.90 charges, for a total refund of $19.80. Please also confirm in writing that my subscription has been cancelled and that no further charges will be made. Thank you.
