This site is bullshit!!! I booked my parking for $4.90/day, the 10/09 to 10/12 and when I needed to extend my days for another week, 10/12 to 10/18 they up-charged me to $11.71/day! I think that’s a FN rip off! My rate should have stayed the same! They (the customer service) did not care! They couldn’t even tell me how much it went up! I did the calculations myself! I’m am so FN pissed off! If I would have had somebody to pick up my vehicle I would have never extended my reservation but they let me with no choice and they knew FN knew!!! F them! I’ll never go with them again!!!

After you pay you will receive a list of additional fees. FYI- a minivan is considered an suv and in our case was an additional 50%. Scam alert bait and switch

If we could give this company ZERO STARS, we would! First off, when we went to park our car, there were no signs indicating we were in the correct location. There is NO shuttle service at your car, instead you have to lug all your luggage down the ramp that has NO ELEVATOR, across the parking lot and over to the hotel! Again - NO SIGNS stating airport park and fly transportation to know that is where we needed to go. Eventually, we get to the airport. Coming home we followed the instructions that stated, "Look for a white shuttle van labeled “Wyndham” in blue lettering. Shuttle runs every 15–20 minutes." We go to the GOLD ramp as indicated for the terminal that we were at and waited 10-20-30-40minutes and NO SHUTTLE!!! We called and were told that their instructions stating, "Shuttle runs every 15-20 minutes," was a lie. EXCUSE ME!!!!!!!!!!! We just wanted to get our car so we could drive home!!!! Eventually the bus came and picked us up and we then had to lug all our luggage across the parking lot and up the ramps yet again! WE WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Scam company… they sell parking spot for the one that is not reserved. I did not get parking spot for I paid and did it refund money but gave credit to use it in future.

I give it a CERO . My quoted rate was 5.56 cent for 3 days. They charged my account $211.97 . When I called CS . I was told it was “ Extra hidden fees and taxes “. Total SCAM.

I would give Findparking.com zero stars if possible. I was scammed out of an additional $100 in order to leave the parking lot. I did not exceed my time. I asked to be refunded this money by only got the runaround. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Scam alert.

I’d give them zero stars if I could. Our vehicle was one of like 10 that were victims of smash and grabs. They said there were cameras which added to the sense of security but they didn’t mention that no one was watching the cameras. When I reported the incident they sent me a page long email about how I can’t find them liable rather than what they’d do to prevent it in the future. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

I booked parking at America's Best Western near Tulsa International Airport. But didn't see in the confirmation that I had to reserve the shuttle 24 hours in advance. So I had to pay for a taxi to the airport. On my return trip could not get anyone to answer the phone to reserve the shuttle. Called Findparking and they couldn't get an answer either. They said they had nothing to do with the shuttle. So I guess a taxi when I get back. I could have parked at the airport cheaper. Now I am worried about my cars safety. UPDATE: I finally got someone to answer the phone 2 hours after my deadline to reserve shuttle. They couldn't give me a reason why the phone wasn't answered until after 1pm. When I returned my car had several small dents in the hood and doors most were in places that could not be door dings.
