No frills time saving stock check calls
With the per-call plan, you get basic call service with no extra features and no refunds. The company suggests it can check entire pharmacy chains such as Walmart, Costco, Vons, and CVS, but this plan requires you to choose each pharmacy location individually. For example, I had to select each Costco location I wanted them to call, rather than having one Costco check its network for availability within my requested radius. I did not sign up for the other plans, so I cannot say whether they include that option. I paid $20.00 for twenty calls which yielded no results. I was disappointed but I can’t blame them as they fulfilled their implied contract that doesn’t guarantee they will find the medication in stock. If they offered a plan that guaranteed they would find the medication in stock or they would not charge you, I’d find that much more attractive. I’m also trusting that they actually received a stock check when making the calls. Many of the major chains have AI-driven receptionists that make it impossible to speak with a person or, in this case, pharmacists to verify stock. I wonder how they circumvent the screening AI chat bots?
