Here I go again. I had a problem with this company last Feb 2025, and they gave me a credit voucher for JetBlue for $450 expiring on 7-31-2026. I tried to make a reservation and now they tell me it is expired and need the manager to ok it. He is out of the office for a month!! Nobody else seems to be able to help. I can't wait a month as my trip is in 3 weeks.

This company is a scam. They will sell you overpriced plane tickets along with a ridiculous large fee and then try to charge you again for what they claim " a chargeback occurred." They are based in India and that should tell you a lot about their business even though they tell you they are in Delaware. Alex Smith, was the guy assigned to me. Obviously, it's a fake name. He admitted it when I fronted him out. He claimed it is his company name. These sales people are out to cheat and rob you. Don't use this findflightcost site because they will rip you off. I learned my lesson to just book directly with the airline. The police needs to get involved and raid / arrest these people.

Absolutely terrible experience. I booked a round-trip through this company. I received a valid confirmation from the airline for my return flight, but for my outgoing flight they told me it was a “group rate” and that they would check me in and send the boarding pass. Suspicious, but the online reviews seemed okay so I went along with it. Day of travel arrives—still no boarding pass. I call, and suddenly I’m told my flight is actually the next morning, even though I have the written confirmation they sent me with the original time. Annoying, but mistakes happen. They promise to send the correct confirmation that evening. They never do. When I call again, they casually tell me they issued a refund—without asking, without notice—and that the agent who booked my flight “isn’t working today” so no one else can fix anything. Meanwhile, they had already charged me and never actually booked my outbound flight at all. I asked for a manager and was told none were available. There is no other support channel besides one phone line. On top of wasting my time, they’ve now left me stranded and forced to buy a last-minute ticket at a much higher price. Horrible service, zero accountability, and completely unprofessional. I should have booked directly with the airline. Now I’m stuck trying to salvage my travel plans with no help from them whatsoever.

They list a price and then when you book it, they say it's pending confirmation and the price is no longer available. Total cash grab, misleading and it never mentions that until you try to book it

10 hours before a booked and confirmed flight the airline says the ticket was cancelled. I cannot get ANYONE on the phone to explain what is going on. The airline can do nothing. Stranded

This website has low cost fares advertised on Farecompare and others. They are always sold out of the low fares and then use pressure to get you to buy the regular priced fares that are common. DONT USE THIS WEBSITE!! I wish I had not gone there. When the charge went through it went to the wrong airline!
