Talked with Alex was concerned about not getting everything right away but he did like he said. But would like information sooner.

He tenido una buena experiencia en el viaje que realicé con Diego; el estuvo pendiente del viaje; y me ayudó a realizar el check in en los vuelos ; estoy agradecida por ello

Alex Smith was very helpful from the beginning of the process he answered all of my questions about the booking process, prices, and he gave excellent customer service i will definitely book with him again.

Professional job, good servise by charlie,,

Ross worked to get me just the right deal and arranged to have the car at the train station when I arrive and to have it successfully dropped off and inspected on my return to that same Amtrak station at 9AM before my train leaves at 10:19! I am confident that everything will go smoothly as he arranged so I will not miss my 10:19AM train!
