I have purchased a adobe photoshop and office software. price, service and knowledge of staff, willingness to help and the quickest turnaround on solving my installation issue was amazing. i am someone from the older generation with limited knowledge of software. i am very good on making mistakes. Person in support, answering my email was the best help i got anywhere in many years of me needing help. Thank you for understanding my need, not judging and going out of your way providing me everything needed for the software to work.

I finished downloading the Photoshop Elements 2021. As I start to use it an update by Adobe has to take place. This update fixes a few bugs including the eraser tool accuracy. The message also says I can wait until I am done with my project. I chose the latter. However, at the end of my project when I go to accept the update I get an error from Adobe saying that it doesn't recognize the program. Well it recognized it enough to know I had an update to install but now it wont let it. Can you be of assistance? Or is this program not really photoshop from Adobe? Thank you George Meyer
