Life Happens, Just take the plunge
I’ve been frugal and cautious about my debt and finances since I graduated college in 1998. I’ve resisted this step for many reasons. But, life happens The finance wizard and comedy amateur, Lisa, helped make the two hour process feel like a dinner lecture for CEU’s. Totally worth the time and brain power. At the end of it all my monthly payments are $400* LESS per month over the next 4 years compared to the 25 year route I was on my own. Although they charge a quarter of your debt at the end of it all, the balance still shifted in my favor when my monthly payments went from over $900/month x 25 years to $400/month x4 years with all of their fees included. That’s just the number aspect of it I would recommend any other nurse or struggling professional like me to check it out.
