Way more than I expected thankfully so. The lessons were relevant, thorough, and practical. The exercises, worksheets, and assignments were based on real life scenarios, often times your own. I loved that I had to act as a coach in some instances, but I was a client using my actual financial information on many other instances. Highly recommended.

Very self explanatory and easy to use

As far as financial education goes this was very comprehensive. As someone who is already 3 years into facilitating financial education events and workshops I was pleased to learn so many new skills. I thought it would be redundant, and some parts were, but its full of resources and perspectives that I have already started to apply to my workshops and see results. My only issue was the challenge or finding the content information on the platform. It took me a while to find the right document to download to aid my understanding of some of the niche content topics.

Hi Jay. Thank you for your commitment to furthering your education and advancing your skill set as a financial educator! We appreciate your feedback as well. We are updating our platform (ETA: Dec 2025), and some of our priority improvements are centered around navigation and the ease of accessing resources. I have also passed this along. Thank you! Learning modules are great. Attention to detail is fantastic. You can feel the passion NFEC has for helping people understand money and how to use it.

Doing online courses requires discipline, and usually there is little or no human interaction. What makes this experience exceptional is the online presence of a human who gives us opportunity to ask questions real time as well as their customer support where there is also human intervention!
