Very professional and do what they say they are going to do , which is hard to find these days

I have a start-up business and I needed funding, Well, The banks and the lending companies turn me down because I did have a revenue to show enough annual income, But what I did have was a building, awaiting to sign my lease, an excellent credit score, a consultant, realtor, an architect and general contractors that was ready to go to work.
