In depth follow up, knowledgeable insights and incredible care from Courtney. My fears about my health have been replaced with solid action plans to address the reasons why my body has issues with education and understanding to support my journey. I refer everyone I can to Final Key when they have issues with fatigue, hormones, weight gain, auto immune diagnosis or gut problems. I have learned so much about health and my body along this process with Courtney and Final Key Wellness! We have found and fixed so many things from nutrient deficiency to body systems that needed a fine tuning and I can most certainly feel a difference in myself. Linda has been so much more than a functional nutritionist to me. I was scrolling through Facebook and there were quite a few people doing thyroid health. I came across Courtney and scrolled past. I figured these people were all going to do a long video just to tell you that the ingredients are in your pantry, like most do, and then sell you pills. I went back and watched and took up on the offer to have her call me. So glad I did. I’ve had bad anxiety my whole life sinceI was about 7, BP issues and inflammation. I’ve only been doing this for a month and a half and I’ve only had one teeny tiny anxiety issue that’s really not enough to mention. My body is relaxed instead of tension tight, even when sitting. And also I’ve lost 25 lbs effortlessly in that time. It’s not mainly about the weight, but feeling better overall.
