My experience with Final Key Wellness has truly been such a meaningful part of my healing journey. With Linda’s constant encouragement, support, and knowledge, I learned so much about my body and what it truly needs to feel its best. When I was struggling with gut health and eczema, Linda helped me understand how much of an impact the foods and things I was putting into my body were having. She gave me the guidance and confidence to make changes that have made such a difference in how I feel today. What made this experience even more special was that Linda became so much more than someone guiding me through my health journey—she became a friend. She supported me through healing and one of the most stressful times in my life. Her encouragement meant more to me than she probably realizes. I am beyond grateful for everything I have learned through Final Key Wellness and for the opportunity to have Linda in my life. I think the greatest part of being a member of Final Key Wellness has been the true and authentic support of my counselor, Linda Matthews. Without her gentle encouragement and understanding, I may have left the program. The change in my body, mind and heart has shown me that I made the right choice to join the whole program and trust is a big factor for me, so feeling that I could trust my practitioner was a huge plus for me. I would definitely recommend Final Key. As someone who is full of that with everything around me, Final Key taught me to believe in hope again, that there's no end point and that I can heal. My practitioner was very intentional with her approach to me, she's caring but honest enough to tell me what I should know about myself. Final Key is not just like another program; they will make you feel that they are with you in your journey to healing that what happens with me. I have been so disturbed with my sleep, I don't know what to do with my anxiety that it affects my gut health and the eventually gain weight. Final Key then taught me to balance things, they gave me guide and check on me then evaluates what's working and what should to be improve on my part. Final Key Wellness is amazing! I've tried other diets and health regimens in the past, but was unable to stay consistent or didn't see / feel results like I'm seeing with Courtney and Christina.
