the ordering process was easy. however my order took 4 days to arrive by mail. I felt that was a long time. Ultimately I would order from fin-tics again but I will make sure I have enough time for things to arrive by mail.

I was in this wonderful store a couple days ago with my 4 children. They were closing at 6 and John and Justin went above and beyond the call of duty to teach my children and myself everything we could learn in a short time. They kept the store open late for us and grabbed everything we needed. Truth is I went in the store crying because I was so overwhelmed and these two gentleman made this single mom turn her frown upside down by being kind, courteous, knowledgable and caring beyond the call of duty. We had a great afternoon as a family because of them and I just want to say a big THANK YOU for making our vacation have some very special memories! Justin and John you guys rock!! Jess, Brady, Blake, Bree and Brooke

The product was what I expected. However, If I want to leave a Review, I should not have to be harrased with email after email after email. I didn't leave one untio now, because I was still determining what I thought of the product. I used the wire for my windchimes, not fishing, and it worked great.
