FiltiSince Filti’s inception in 2019, the filtration industry has connected the name Filti to nanofiber expertise and trusted engineering for air filtration solutions. Over the past 3+ years significant changes have taken place in the global heating, venting and air conditioning or HVAC industry. New regulations to qualify or rate filter performance, along with continued demands to improve environmental concerns have led to the emergence of more synthetic composite materials being adopted and replacing the old micro-glass media technology, specifically in the commercial and industrial segments. The Filti filter product lines were developed to support the ongoing need of superior air filtration solutions within the HVAC market.

My order was placed 2 months ago and my credit card promptly charged. Received no acknowledgement, no tracking. I contacted the company multiple times. Finally got a response from Andy telling me about a software glitch and that my order would be sent that Monday. That was over a month ago. I wrote and asked for a refund. No response.

Today is May 21st. I placed an order on 04/30/2025 and received only an email receipt. There were no order updates, no tracking number, and no shipping confirmation. My credit card was charged, but since then, I've heard nothing from the company. I have contacted them and haven't received any response. Also, the website looks outdated and is not being maintained. There is no customer service and no way to know if your order will ever arrive! Feels like an abandoned site that is still taking payments... avoid at all costs please.

I ordered furnace filters on 3/11/25 for which I was charged on a credit card. As of 4/24/25, I have not received the filters. I have called three times and emailed twice. I have had no response from Filti. I have no way of getting a refund.

Neither phone number works: 816-897-0532 nor 913-274-9843. They have a website with NF95 masks for sale, but they are out of stock permanently.

Their HVAC filters are very restrictive and cause your system to work harder plus you can buy reusable filters at the big home improvement stores for a lot less. Their customer service sucks too.

I had had good service in the past when I ordered masks. However, recently, I started an order, but had neglected to keep my password. When I followed the instructions to create a new password, I never received an email to reset the password, even after waiting the "at least 10 minute" period they recommended. I tried this multiple times over about 5 days. Because I have an account with them, I cannot get an order sent because I haven't received the email to reset my password. I checked my junk mail and it never came through there either.

Sadly, this could have been a 5 star review. I first ordered the sheet of face mask material and was pleased with that. Then they actually started offering fully made masks, which I also ordered. The nose piece on the mask are a joke. They are barely stronger that a cheap twist tie! Which really defeats the purpose of have such great filtering material

I don't know whats up with the negative reviews. My order arrived as expected and ahead of schedule
