Do not engage with Filterly. Company is a fraud. Impossible to reach customer service or help center. Cancelled my credit card as well as filed a merchant block against Filterly as that was the only option I had to stop their recurring charges of $19.99. Beware….

They have kept debiting my account after multiple cancelations!

Can't emphasise enough how unlike the ad the actual app is, feels like a scam, particularly in the pricing which was confusing in that once paid, I then seemed to be offered a lower price..the ads for this app are completely misleading, there is limited looks available for hair styles.
