Excellent products and Customer Service
First, Filter King had the exact size filter that I need for my central air conditioner in stock, without paying extra for a custom order. For some reason the size filter that I needed was not available at Amazon, or Home Depot. Second, I placed my order on late Friday afternoon, which mistakenly included an additional set of filters for the wrong size. I texted Filter King last night and early this morning I received a text from Florencia, who resolved my mistake immediately by canceling the incorrect order and issuing a refund. Not only does Filter King carry a great selection of filters, but their customer service is excellent! I highly recommend Filter King!

I ordered 4 filters for my furnance
I ordered 4 filters for my furnance. I also ordered the wrong size. I was very upset when I realized they would not fit my furnance. I called FilterKing and customer service representative Helaman was VERY kind and understanding. He ordered me replacement filters and said I could donate the ones I had. I never expected that. This is above and beyond what I expected. I am so glad he was the one who took my call. Made me feel so much better about MY mistake.

Correcting a wrong
I originally received the wrong MERV rated Filter. When I contacted Filter King via email, they made it very easy. I love that. Instead of needing to send anything back. I just needed to submit photos and they sent me new filters and allowed me to donate the wrong ones. Easy peasy!! Great customer experience and will get my filters here again.

I ordered a 5" wide filter for my new…
I ordered a 5" wide filter for my new Lennox furnace. It was scheduled to arrive in 10 days, it took 11 days. The box and the filter inside had be partially crushed and holes had been made in the box and filter. I sent a note to Filter King about the situation. Mr. Mathew Illanes responded and sent me not one but TWO brand new ones that arrive in no time at all. I am all set and VERY appreciative. JS

The thing that made my experience…
The thing that made my experience exceptional was the customer service. Filters come in a listed filter size and an actual size. I originally ordered using the listed filter size, but it turned out to be incorrect. The customer service team helped me identify the correct size and shipped the replacement filters quickly. Thank you for turning what could have been a frustrating experience into a pleasant one. I will definitely order from Filter King again and recommend them to my family and friends.

Filter didn't fit right. I contacted customer support when one…
I contacted customer support when one of filters I ordered didn't fit quite right. Within minutes, Matthew contacted me. After an exchange of e-mails, I received the e-mail notifying my that the replacements were being prepared. Now that's great customer service.
