Great customer service!
I can’t say how great the customer service is at Filter King! Ray and his team went over and above what I needed. I originally ordered a case of filters and went by the size noted on the filter in my unit. To my dismay, when I went to change the filter, I realized that the prior resident had cut the filter down to size so I ended up with filters that were too big and I wasn’t about to alter them. I contacted Ray and his team asking if I could return the case in exchange for the correct size. They are sending me a new case free of charge and have told me to do as I wish with the case that is of no use to me. What a refreshing experience in customer service. Thank you so much Ray!

Trustworthy, reputable Company
I have ordered furnace filters twice now since I read about the quality of their filters. So far they have been working great in my furnace. Unfortunately my last order was severely damaged by the delivery company. I sent pictures of the damaged filters to Filter King to see what their policy was for refund or replacement. I immediately received a text from Florencia in customer service. She had already sent out two new filters to me to replace the damaged filters. I am quite satisfied with their customer service and how quickly Florencia handled my issue. I will continue to be a Filter King customer. Very reputable company.

This was the best customer service…
This was the best customer service experience I have had in recent memory . I had ordered two different sets of furnace filters through Amazon. One size came within a week the other two weeks. The second order was 1/2 “ too wide. It was a standard size but for some reason the fit was not right. I contacted Amazon and their return policy required return to vendor of original shipment. Filter King sent me a letter offering replacement with the correct size with “free” shipping, no return of original order necessary. Lorenzo was my service representative and he was absolutely caring and committed to making my purchase a positive experience. No other vendor has been this proactive in making my order complete without returning the original order that was $88. I highly recommend Filter King for quality and service. They are the best! I have ordered filters for my furnace for 35 years.i will always use Filter King for my filters! Special thanks to Lorenzo, employee of the YEAR!

Excellent customer service ..

Great customer service and quick resolutions!
Ray and Matthew made this experience so incredibly helpful. I was a bit annoyed when first looking into my order given that it wasn’t placed by me and that we’d left this unresolved for such a long time. Both associates were able to easily diagnose the situation, find the order, show me all the details, and resolve the situation in an instant. The customer service and professionalism of both of these individuals and the end result were incredible. We will be ordering from Filter King again.

I had an issue with the fit of my…
I had an issue with the fit of my filter. I notified filterking. Matthew worked to resolve the problem. I can’t say enough about the top notch customer service attentiveness I received. Filters are high quality and reasonably priced. It’s convenient having filters delivered too.
