Impressive customer service
When my order arrived w some damaged filters, I reached out as the form included in the box requested. I only wanted the company to know that my order arrived a little crunched up and had no expectations. Filter King responded literally immediately and quickly replaced my filters and followed up to make sure I received the filters and was happy w them.

THE BEST
Ray and the team at Filter King are the best in customer service across any home product/home improvement site I've been on. They consistently respond immediately and bring solutions that are better than you'd expect. Can't say enough great things about Filter King and also their products are A+ too.

Honest mistake corrected immediately
It had been I while since I had received my order. My filter came due to change and I noticed I had received the incorrect size. I looked at order history and verified the correct size had been ordered but there must have been a mistake. I still felt guilty for coming back to you guys months after the order. No need to worry. Ray jumped on my email right away and corrected everything. Fantastic service and very much appreciated. I was able to donate the filters that were the wrong size for me to a young couple in the neighborhood that were doing some home renovations. I hope they see the branding on the filters and look your way when they need more filters!

Wow!!!! My Mistake.
Ordered 3 boxes of fitters. I screwed up and ordered the wrong size for 2 of the boxes. Inside the box right on top is a glossy sheet saying order not right call text or email. I emailed on the weekend and received an email back right away Mknday morning asking what sizes need to be replaced. To my surprise she said no problem your filtered are on the way at No Charge! Told me to keep or donate the wrong sizes. Filter king now has a customer for life and I will be recommending them to everyone

Learning the Medium Hard Way
I ordered a pack of filters thinking I knew what I was doing, and realized the hard way that I had no clue. After reaching out, Matthew helped me make sure I got the right size and now I can donate the old ones to help someone else out! Very kind and my family is incredibly appreciative of the help!

Filter King is Amazing!
Filter King is amazing! I have been ordering from them for some time and thought the service was good. But wait! I emailed and told them I ordered the wrong size filter and inquired about the return process and getting the correct filter. Ray responded that he had already placed an order for the correct size and I should donate the wrong size! No really! I will be donating them to our local Senior Center Thrift Store. And I will continue using Filter King and recommending them!!
