Have not done started Visa after 3 months. Scammed me out of $7000 dollars. Lost documents, change personal, your calls are bounce all over the USA. Refused to refund because, you have thirty days. Continue to waste time while outsourcing. Credit card compromised for payment to Homeland security. They have ruined my relationship but worry. They are connected with a dating site to help you find a new scam artist. Their plenty in the Philippines and other countries.

I absolutely feel like I was ripped off.
The staff is very friendly and reassuring, but the responses are slow to missing entirely. I have been told to completely disregard rules as listed on the USCIS pages because their experience doesn't match the rules. I have had to argue with a supervisor to meet stated government requirements. When asking a supervisor, and an agent I have been given conflicting answers to the same questions. I let my coordinator know what days we wanted to schedule an embassy interview if available, and was sent an email stating that there were now dates we wanted available with a screenshot of the date we wanted offered as proof. We received an RFE that they should have anticipated, and they tried to get me to delay in order to provide supplemental information that was not needed. I paid significantly more for there services than other reputable agencies, and have as of yet not realized the value. Being less than a month away from the end of the process; I do not expect that to change. Update. They have asked me to take this down. Best I can tell when I said both my fiance and I are not happy the person responsible for our case has began taking it out on my fiance. During medical and interview prep my fiance was asked to print documents they could have printed. The interview prep that I was told would make my fiance feel confident and prepared was a meeting that could have been done on the phone letting her know what she should find out. It left her upset and feeling like she wasn't prepared. The on the ground transportation and logistics were great. I was genuinely impressed. It's easy to find services for way less money that list their services that they do. You would assume that these standard services, and processes would be the same for more expensive services. Don't assume. I would say that the services rendered are absolutely worth $2k. Unfortunately I paid $4k. If I didn't need to stay on top of everything to make it happened properly it wouldn't be as frustrating. I definitely would go with someone else if I had the chance to go back and do it again. I would recommend you do a lot of research and find a company that gives you the best value.

I am very disappointed with the service…
I am very disappointed with the service of FilipinoVisa.com. I applied for a U.S. tourist visa with a sponsor, but they already knew that the chances of approval were very small. Instead of giving me advice or alternative options, they just filled out the DS-160 form without proper guidance.
Even though I paid for their assistance, I felt like I was left on my own to figure things out. The agency did not provide clear advice on what should be properly written in the DS-160, and when my application was denied, they did not even follow up or check on my case.
It feels like they only cared about the payment and not about the success of the client. Very poor service and not worth the money.

The person I spoke with made this seem…hungry for money!
The person I spoke with made this seem like a scam. Her only interest was me sending money. I ended up doing the paperwork myself and determined that it's less stressful and much more cheaper. I do want to thank the Filipino Visa representative for being so negative which made me do the paperwork myself. Others must realize that if you completed nineth grade you can do the paperwork yourself.

Hi Robert,
We're sorry to hear that your consultation with our team did not meet your expectations.
While we cannot discuss the specifics of any client interaction on a public platform due to privacy and confidentiality, we would like to clarify how our services are typically structured for K1 visa applicants. This is important because while we sometimes are able to conduct basic case discussions in an initial call, the majority of our services take place over a longer period of time and do entail significant costs. We have more than 200 people working full-time in our company. We have offices directly across from the US Embassy in Manila. We also have a fleet of vehicles and drivers, to help our clients get to their appointments safely and on time. We are unapologetic that we provide a valuable service and proudly support our many team members to have a living wage. This is all possible from providing high-quality services to paying clients.
At Filipino Visa, we offer comprehensive support for the fiancé(e) visa process, including document review, immigration planning, and full logistical support from hotel accommodations to transportation in Manila to scheduling medical, biometrics, and embassy interviews. We also offer mock interview coaching for the beneficiary.
We understand and respect that some applicants may choose to complete the visa process independently, and some are successful in doing so. However, others prefer the guidance and convenience of working with an agency to avoid errors or delays that can come from unfamiliarity with the process. In fact, we regularly receive unsolicited referrals from US Embassy personnel who suggest "do-it-yourselfers" talk to us, because nobody wants to end up getting denied and having to start all over because of missing papers or mistakes in planning.
If there was any misunderstanding during your consultation with our team while inquiring about the Visa Services, we sincerely regret that and are happy to discuss it further. We’ve made several attempts to contact you to better understand your concerns and to clarify any confusion, but have not yet received a response. We remain open to resolving any concerns directly and respectfully.
We value all feedback, as it helps us improve our services, and we’re always committed to providing transparent, respectful, and professional support to our clients.

Wish I had pursued a different firm to…
Wish I had pursued a different firm to represent me and my fiancé. These folks just don't care about customer service. Lost documentation had to be refiled 3 times.
Scheduled to Manila were not consolidated and could have been. With the Premium package I purchased, only 3 days of hotel were covered and it took 10 days and 4 trips to Manila from Kalinga. (8 days travel) My fiancé was crying before the process was close to complete. Total Sham
If you want a visa o the USA go o some other firm !

I talked to one lady and she was kind…
I talked to one lady and she was kind and very professional. She set appointment for someone to call me at 5:30 pm. For my free consultation worth $800 usd or at least that's what the first lady said. No one called me at 5:30. I didn't even get an email from them as to why they didn't call. A few hours later I messaged them and they said they had wrong number. Keep in mind they called me to set appointment. They rescheduled for 3 pm the following day. This lady was so rude and spoke so fast I couldn't understand what she was saying. My 15 minute consultation was 7 minutes and the lady rushed to payment part. I tried asking questions but they won't answer anything until I pay 3k usd. I sent several emails which were never answered. Except the last one were I was told to pay.
