The agents are accommodating and easy to talk to. I also love the fact that they are well-versed about this whole thing which makes this entire process less agitating. Additionally, they give us updates from time to time and make sure we are on track on everything. So far, everything is good. Next steps are the medical exam and visa interview and of course, it is a relief to know that they will be with us especially me to help and guide me throughout this process.

Filipino Visa staff are easy to work with. They are responsive to any questions that we have. We had delays in completing our package due to technical issues but the staff were always available to assist and made the process smoother for us. Our application was sent to USCIS in February 2025.
