- Not a big fan of the product. I rejected an upsell option and a month later i see my account is being charged twice. I was originally given a lower price plan when i joined and i was told i'd be grandfathered into that plan. However, Filepicker started charging me for the price changes even for much older billing periods when the price was low. - When i tried to cancel the service, they right away removed access to the files previously uploaded.
