Problems on uploading + customer service
I encounter problems on uploading several file formats, I had been sending different emails and messages from the website to the customer service, no replies at all.

We replied to you on 8/26/2024. It looks like iCloud may have blocked our email, or it might have gone to your junk/spam folder. I have sent you three emails but haven't received any response. Could you please check your junk/spam folder? Also, please add [email protected] to your contacts or send us an email from a Gmail account at [email protected]. Update: We did try to reply to you again on 9/6/2024, but we still haven’t received a response from you.
