Fike Bros Carpet One Floor & HomeReviews of fikebroscarpetone.com

We love Fike Bros and use them for all our flooring needs. Everything we have done was completed as expected with no problem. Their staff have helped us create a unique and beautiful floor pattern, choose an area rug that fits well and compliments our home, and have been available to help when we needed assistance with a small "non-Fike" issue. When we needed a hardwood floor refinished they recommend an excellent outside vendor (Wright’s Remodeling). We've been Fike customers since 2009.

We were treated very personable compared to going to lowes and I will never go back to them I was so impressed from the moment that I walked into the store. Louise was so helpful to me with all I went through before I appricate the fact that they gave us a discount for taking a discount to us for taking something that we didn't order I think it should have been more of a discount since it wasn't what I ordered because I wanted it done before vacation. Any questions please call me. The guys did Great job installation. But we think it should have been more thsn10%

Everything was done in a professional and timely manner.

Nothing going to add.

Very helpful and informative pleasant staff

We are happy with all aspects of this project. Price could always be lower!

Recommend to anyone.

Our experience with Fike Brothers was smooth through the entire process. We went to the showroom. The customer service person was knowledgeable about the products. She explained to us the timeline from someone coming out to measure, to ordering, to installation. They kept the schedule they had given us. They called to confirm the installation. They followed up with a customer satisfaction call during the installation and about a week later. The installation team did a great job. It was a good company to work with. The quality of the products in the showroom speak for themselves.
