Very professional. Polite. Prompt.

We were very pleased with the professionalism of the employees that did the installation along with the employees who came to our house with samples and to do the measuring. Everyone was very polite and helpful and gave us good advice. We are very pleased with the finished product and the quality.

Everyone was very helpful, patient, professional and kind.

We recently had 3 rooms of new plank flooring installed in our home. The process flowed smoothly from start to finish and turned out to be a very pleasant experience resulting in beautiful floors. . Both their in-store employees & field employees were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Thanks you Fike Brothers for accommodating our needs.

Most of us have people, as in have your people call my people. Fike Bros are my carpet people. One of the brothers comes to your house to measure, and he brings the carpet board of the carpet(s) you've chosen. I've always felt very safe and confident in their capable hands. If something turns out to be not quite right, they'll fix it, although their carpet layers are first rate. I return again and again. I'm running out of rooms. Oh, dear.

Excellent customer service. Installation very professional!
