The item I ordered had colors in it that did not meet the description or show clearly in the image thumbnail. The 5 I requested on the item was a 2 upside down. I contacted customer service twice to remedy the issue and did receive a reply. No refund or correction was offered. UPDATE: Their customer service finally responded after I posted the review above and offered to remake the jersey for a $6 discount if I placed another order. They want me to pay for them to remake something they made in poor quality. If you order from them just keep your fingers crossed and hope that you're satisfied because if not they won't take any responsibility for your dissatisfaction.

The art work was done fantastic. The quality of the hoodie is excellent. Size runs small, so it looks great, I just cant wear it .

Very accomodating service - timely responses as well as flexible with communication. Product itself is great, I got a dryfit style shirt thats light and breathable but not fragile. Pattern/color is as vibrant as advertised. Ive gotten compliments on the design itself.
