I am so disappointed
I am so disappointed. My children wanted to be football players for Halloween so I ordered jerseys October 4 thinking that was plenty of time. The website said 8-10 business days. Well it is now the 23 and doesn’t look like it’s even been shipped from China. I DID NOT know it was coming from China. Now the stores are sold out of most costumes and I’m left with nothing.

Prices??
Ordered a jersey, paid for the item and all was good - or so I thought. Apparently the price on the site was wrong? They emailed me at 10 pm asking to PayPal them an extra 25$ to cover the actual cost of the product??? This is very bad customer service! I instead asked for a refund. Buyer beware.

Third-party software is used to provide these services. Because third-party software is unstable in some local area networks. We don't see custom content and markups due to a transmission error, so our worker contacted you to pay the extra, which you can double check on our website. I paid $20 for 3-5 day shipping for an event that happened yesterday. I was told they took a week off for some holiday. Turns out the product is coming from China and still hadn’t even been sent out yet and it’s been a month.
