You need a more personalized ordering method
I would like to be able to call in and speak to someone and get more of a personalized service approach. I have been on your program for several months and it has been successful. We have prescribed meds for me on a graduating scale, but now the options do not offer that. This is disappointing as I have to order a month at a time. Also, I received emails about Black Friday promotions. When I asked for that on my last order, I was told it was already included yet the price has remained the same as previous months. This does not bode well.

My first RX I was notified that it was…
My first RX I was notified that it was time to get a new Rx. Now I have to closely monitor the bottle so I don’t run out. Filling out a new form every time is also frustrating when the information hasn’t changed and I logged into my account.

Placing initial order
I didn't find it easy to figure oit how to select the product and place an order. It took several back and forth messages to get the link. I don't believe I could get a response on the weekend. Seems that the process could be improved.

Fifty410- great, pharmacy not great
Response from Fifty was great- my issue was with the pharmacy. I received an email and text that they had received my order and that I would be notified with tracking info. There next communication was a tracking update that my order had been delivered. This item needs to be refrigerated so I needed to know much earlier of the arrival date. I was out of town so had to scramble to get a neighbor to pick it up. Very disappointed with the communication from the pharmacy
