I didn't receive the order even though it arrived because it was sent to the wrong address, and I didn't receive anything despite paying $400. This is a loss for me.

I used this company after I had already been on GLP1 medication through my local compounding pharmacy and lost 40lbs with my original medication. I was looking for a more affordable alternative so I decided to go with them and give them a try. I did the same exact things as I had been doing and even stepped it up a notch as far as ways to help me lose more weight and I got absolutely no results from their products at all. The only difference was the side effects that I started to experience which were absolutely terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone ever. I would appreciate it if I could receive a refund (as many other companies offer which I now have realized would mean that they are actually confident in the product they are sending out). I am not sure if they would honor my request for a refund but here it is.

My order shipped out on the 5th and still not here. Now they are saying the 9th. They said 7 then 8 now 9th. Not sure the meds are good anymore

I ordered a 90 day starter package... The meds were all sent in one vial. An open vial is intended to be discarded after 28 days, because of an increased risk of infection and decreased potency. This research is widely available. I contacted Fifty 410 to ask for separate vials; they said that I could "minimize my risk" by washing my hands and not using the same syringe for repeated injections. This is not acceptable. It's a bummer because Fifty 410 has decent prices and fast timelines. But that's not worth my health. If you search "Fifty 410 Vials past 28 days" you will see many unhappy customers with the same concern. They refused to replace the meds with separate vials or refund the 2/3 of the vial that can't be and wasn't used.

Trying to get a re-order of Terzepitide. I believe I finally have it cleared up but after 2 weeks without medication and trying to get an answer still do not have any correspondance as to when I’ll receive my meds. I’m now told it takes up to a week for the pharmacy to fill the prescription. I originally placed the order and paid for the medication only to have my money refunded without any explanation. Still no word!!!

I always submit a detailed invoice to FSA provider so that I can be reimbursed. This time you literally send a vague statement withe the amount only. The way this was sent made me feel as if Fifty 410 was purposely hiding facts in regards to a medication purchase.
