This is my 3rd time ordering through Fifty 410. I appreciate the program and the history of quick delivery. This time I haven’t received a notice regarding my meds even being shipped.

I am still waiting for my trazepitde, was supposed to have been shipped for a Saturday arrival, but got lost with ups, and now ups claiming it will arrive today. I know this is a package that is shipped to stay cold.... so it makes me wonder if my med will be any good. Also makes me wonder about future shipments. Makes me wonder if I picked the right company 🤔

While I do appreciate the ease of using the portal, etc and the accuracy and speed of getting my first package, I had no idea that increasing my dose to 5 mg was going to result in an increased charge for the 12 week option. There are other sites I can order from where the rate stays the same, no matter the dosage.

I was quoted a price originally on 240 something dollars. When I actually signed up it was 400 dollars. The bait and switch is shady.

Service has been fine. Was not happy that they advertise a certain price. Then say that's not available when you go to sign up even though it's on their website. The ole bait n switch gig. But other then that they provide a ok service

I never got an itemized receipt that clearly reflected the purchase of medication to use for HSA reimbursement. A vague “program 370” and an amount does not work.

The communication platform is poorly designed making it very difficult to get responses if you get locked out of your account. There is no phone number listed and no other option other than the portal to reach anyone and if you can't get it unlocked it's pretty pointless.
