Initially, responsiveness was very quick, but as I expressed concerns, responses took much longer. My concerns? The promise of 2 day shipping and that pharmacies would not ship on Fridays, which is very important when dealing with meds that should be refrigerated at all times. My first order with them was sent from the pharmacy on a Friday, and in the possession of the UPS for FOUR DAYS. IF the meds were packed with freezer bags, they would be completely melted by then. All they had to say about it so far, is that tempurature testing has been done and the meds would not be compromised. They did not address the shipping promises that were not kept. I don't care what they say. Room temp tirz is unacceptable! Their response was unacceptable.

I haven’t received medication yet so I’m not able to rate based on that. I did place an order a while ago and have been in communication with them frequently. They respond fairly quickly however the response is always the same saying the shipment should be going out tomorrow but it never does. If you are spending this much on medication, I recommend finding a place that can actually get it to you. There really isn’t a decent patient portal. The app is just a message board with many people complaining of the same- no shipment or very slow shipping. fifty410 comments that they are just the messengers and have no control over the pharmacy or shipping but if you are the middleman making money off this position- you have a responsibility to your customers.

After my first order, I wasn't contacted, as I was told I would be. And I couldn't get back into the portal. Had to send several emails before I was contacted to place another order. The second order arrived in packaging that was not acceptable to me. The original order came quickly and was packed with the appropriate package to keep the produce cold until it could be refrigeratorated, as the directions Indicated. However my Large second order took longer to receive. Arrived In a cardboard shipping box with one gel pack, completely unthawed and warm. As were the meds. Contrary to your own instructions. When I questioned the shipment I was told it was fine, even though your own instructions say otherwise. It leaves me concerned as to the safety and efficiency of the meds regardless of being told otherwise. Second to all that I have still not experienced any of the desired effects, weight loss, hunger, cravings. When I asked for a meal/diet, or suggested meal plan I was told to look it up on line.... I guess I expected more, since that was the impression I got when having my video appointment with the doctor.

Switched providers due to cost and I got what I paid for. While the service was good, the semiglutide was not on the same level and not working for me like it had with the previous provider. I was then switched to Tirzepatide which is also not working.
