placed order on 4/5/26 today is 4/11/26 order still has not shipped. where is it?

I feel like i was scammed! I reached out to CS and they were attentive, i will givethem that. I explained to them that ive been on tirzepatide for over a year and have been losing weight consistently. I started with them im half way through 12 weeks treatment and iv havent lost one pound and my appetite isnt as controlled. They always want to say its you. More protein, more exercise. More fiber...more more more. But want to give you less as possible and take no responsibility. I was scammed!! Never again.

So my first experience “The ordering process “ went fantastic it was easy and meds were delivered QUICKLY faster than expected. I ordered 3 month supply for $700 so I received 3 vials with the exact same amount in each vial for 3 month (12 week) each bottle said inject 75units each week, so the first 3 weeks I injected 75 units each week but on the 4 th week the first Vial only had 40 units left , so reached out to support they said take the remaining units needed from month 2’s vial this confused me because each vial has same exact amount so now month 2’s Vial will be short I have reached out NUMEROUS times sent SEVERAL photographs of Vials and how many units I am pulling up I have worked in a OR for 30 years so I was confident I was pulling up correctly they told me that they use reliable compounding pharmacies and they would NOT have not sent me the wrong amount so I paid $700 for a 12 week supply but I only received 10 1/2 weeks worth and it’s my fault so I definitely would not recommend them unless you plan on not injecting the amounts prescribed which I feel is dangerous !

I was blocked from logging into my account. The day before I was able to order then i got an email saying order refunded. I got no email or nothing. Would not reccomend

Impossible to reorder. Going around in circles entering password, told it’s wrong, request new password but email never comes with instructions. I have emails from this company so they definitely have my email address.

I've already had five doses and haven't lost a single pound, nor have I experienced any side effects.
