I absolutely love Fifty 410 for tirzepatide. I chose them because they have a great price on their BPI - much more cost effective than what I was paying for it. Note - I am on the full 15mg. When I did my intake it took about a week for them to get back to me but that was because of the insane volume of customers they were getting. I paid my invoice on a Thursday and they shipped out Monday so my package wouldn’t be in transit all weekend and risk getting warm. I got the order on Wednesday. The medication was in a prescription bottle padded with cotton balls so it wouldn’t break. That bottle was wrapped in two soft ice packs to keep it cold and also offer protection. That was then in a padded envelope inside a normal fed ex envelope that contained syringes and alcohol wipes. I ordered in mid March and the BUD on my viles is for the end of January 2026. I have recommended Fifty 410 to several friends since and they have all had the same amazing experience that I had - and I’ve been told their response time from intake is less than 24 hours now.
