I was with Fifty410 for 9 months
I was with Fifty410 for 9 months, my entire journey was only with them with no problems. What started my final straw was when they had a “special” on prorx. It was listed for 3 months $699, the 6 months $899. It was better deal to get for $899. So I ordered. The very next day had the 3 months listed at $549 which I would have ordered for that price. I went to portal and told them I wanted to change to the 3 months listed at that price, they said they couldn’t because already shipped. No, it had not shipped. So I asked for $150 refund for future purchases, nope too bad. THEN it was announced week or so later(by a person on the app) that Prorx, certain dosages (no not mine) was recalled. Apparently the recall occurred before they announced their special which really was suspicious. Again I went to portal and only reply I received was from customer service. Was told would contact the “appropriate” team members. No one ever acknowledged my concerns, frustration and yes I was angry by this. I asked for superbill and said I didn’t think I’d order from them again since was not resolved. Got my rx and then they blocked me from fb group and the app! It was hurtful, and disappointing. I was very active on both sites. I realized then that me being active on their sites, spending $$, referrals meant nothing. They love to censor any negative reviews, or complaints so no one ever sees them. Do your homework, they are more expensive too. Keep your eyes out
