The initial cost in the morning for my desired refill (no change in strength) was $329 for a 4-week supply. I clicked that option and arranged financing for that amount. In the afternoon after a consultant reviewed my order, the price increased to $359. Not a huge increase, but it's the principle of the matter. I inquired about this price jump and even shared screen shots of the pricing from the a.m. when I initially paid. The response I got was a canned response about periodic price increases beyond their control, yada yada. As a result, I chose to cancel my re-order and the financing. Their computer interface is a little wonky, but generally this is a good place to get compounded medication if needed. I do wish there was an option to talk to a provider by video.

I think that what a program is going to cost total should be upfront. My understanding was it was an amount start up and then so much a month but it seems like the fee is every month plus the amount for the Tirzepatide.

They were good about answering questions in timely manner. Getting signed up and check out relatively easy process. Meds took a bit longer than I’d anticipated, and was not cold when it arrived. I wish I was given more definitive answers about 1) what pharmacy it was coming from 2) the BUD 3) SPECIFIC info. Regarding how many vials, and the mg. Of each vial. And total mg. Being sent based on their 3 month program. That aspect I feel is a bit vague. I signed up for a 3 month starter program and was sent 7 vials that are 10 mg each, for a total of 70 mg. Cost $700. Had this been more transparency, I would’ve likely found another telehealth to use. As the cost of 70 mg for $700, is not a good value. And in the 2 weeks since I’ve joined, they’ve already raised their prices even higher. So good customer service/ care, but if you don’t have insurance and are looking for reeasonable prices, I’d shop elsewhere.
