This company is fine to get your GLP1s from when everything goes fine, until it doesn’t. This company is ran by the Junior High Mean Girls club. They take things personally and then block you if there is a valid concern. I placed a refill and then there was a shipping issue, the pharmacy sent a shipping label, however it was never sent or processed. I reached out to their patient portal several times requesting them to follow up on the lost order, they stated they would follow up and get back to me which they never did. After a week, I request the the order canceled, refunded, and then I would reorder. Next day I asked for a refund invoice, they did refund me, but then blocked me from the portal, Facebook support group, and now my ip address so I can’t even view the website. They have my unauthorized images and name on their website under “results” tab and refuse to remove them. I never gave permission for them to use the in their marketing campaign and they pulled them from a posting I placed on Facebook. There many other telehealth companies that are ethical and cheaper. Stay away from this mean girls club.

After one month of treatment with Tirzepatide and NO results , I did contact them and they told me to continue , I did even increased the dosage and after 2 Months NO results maybe 1 or 2 pounds then I asked to be changed to semaglutide and they told me to continue , and I disd and Zero results so I did continue with the complain and they basically told me, so sorry we cannot do anything and the will not even try to do something to help me. I do a lot of sit back and watch research before I jump in with both feet. There isn’t much info on Reddit but they do have a Facebook private group that I was a member of until today when they kicked me out and blocked me. I questioned the moderator DC why she keeps deleting comments that she doesn’t like. She posted a screenshot of the new pharmacies they use and someone commented that it wasn’t a good look for them to keep changing as they just went through a BIG pharmacy change on August 15, 2024. She deleted the whole post 25 minutes later, I’m guessing because of the comments and it really isn’t a good look. When I questioned her about it with a screenshot of the post, she kicked me out of the group and blocked me. Anytime someone questioned them the response is always “take this to the portal”. Company transparency is of the utmost importance if you want to keep your customers and grow your business. Obviously this company doesn’t agree with that concept. I would steer clear of the shadiness they have shown.

Here’s a company to stay away from! When asked a question about the viability of sending reconstituted aminos in a three month supply and how long they would last for, they blocked me from their group and sent me a nasty message in their app! Definitely not someone to do business with!!!!! Hands down, DO NOT RECOMMEND!
