My shipment was well packaged. However, it was not properly refrigerated. Dry ice and container was less than room temperature.

No one checks your file and you’re forced to repeat all of your information over and over again and constantly take pictures of your vial so they can answer because no one can be bothered to check your information. The advertising was false when it said the price never increased when your dosage does. The customer service is just negligent and this company deals in false advertising

I have not had a good results with their products. Spent over $1000 on tirzepatide and nothing for several months. Not real sure the product is genuine. They take too long to respond and they dont do any follow ups to see how you are doing and if you have any questions...I dont know this may be the norm for these types of companies. Buyer beware.

Change of pharmacy and dose plan with different 6 months plans were eliminated. I'm not happy with their change. What was working for me is not available.

I was having a great experience until I received my newest shipment from Hallandale. Immediately when I started my new vial, the noise suppression and inflammation came back! I mentioned it to Fifty410, and all they said was increase your dosage. They also said there couldn’t be a problem with the tirzepatide since Hallandale tests it for quality. I don’t believe that! The difference was immediate with the new vial! So I wasted a lot of money and time for those 8 weeks!

I honestly believe that the compound that they sent was weak. I have since ordered from a different company and have finally began to loose weight. The last 3 orders was like this.

The price was great. $299 for 2 months at 5mg. I was switching from another provider so I was in. As soon as I paid I get a notification that they’re back ordered and it will take 2 weeks to process my order. But I can’t miss a week so I ask them if I can cancel. I immediately receive a message saying my meds will arrive in 2-4 business days…. I received an email saying I was getting 5mg tirzepatide taken once a week. However the vial that showed up was for a weird 2x/week shot and not 5mg. The breakdown is: first 4 weeks = 2.4mg twice a week = 4.8mg weekly. The next 4 weeks = 3.75mg twice a week = 7.5mg weekly. I showed them a screenshot of the email they sent but they had some bogus excuse/explanation about the pharmacy etc. but I was using Hallandale before with Fridays so I know it was smoke. I hope there was nothing wrong with the meds but you never know. They never owned up to it, just saying 7.5mg is more than 5mg. I’m like yea, but I ordered 5… no answer. Not the type of response you want from someone selling you drugs to shoot up… switching to someone else.

I received my medication very quickly but the compounded tirzepatide itself is not very effective. I’ve been taking 16ml for 2-3 weeks and there’s been little to no appetite suppression.
