Beyond frustrating. They ask for information and then ignore it. It’s a one size fits all I guess. Customer Service is not great. This will be my last order. I will find another supplier.

Another company that clearly disappears after your first order!! I simply asked for a well needed increase in dosage for my GLP-1 and they responded with a message that clearly told me they had NOT reviewed my account and continued to lecture me about how dosages are normally increased. I had to tell you what dosage I have been taking and they still refused to increase. I put in my order for the same dosage since I was not offered anything else hoping it may allow me to at least maintain when I clearly need to lose an additional 40 pounds. I will be looking for another GLP-1 company before my next order.

The medication doesn't work anymore.

Fifty410 is a Telehealth company that requires the purchase of a Glp1 before you can purchase of a peptide, which is crazy because what about patient that uses branded and don't need compound but just want to purchase peptides.

I have taken Tirzepatide in the past with amazing results. My insurance stopped covering it so I turned to fifty410. I ordered two large bottles of Tirzepatide from them and I started gaining weight. The food noise came back, my desire for alcohol came back. I wasn't getting the small side effects like heart burn anymore. This stuff was fake. I spent over $700 for nothing. Im in the process of fighting this charge and proving this was fake.

Never received my order

I placed my first order with Fifty410 Friday. Within 30 minutes of placing my order, I realized I gave she wrong shipping address and immediately requested this to be fixed via messages, where it was confirmed that shipping was advised. Additionally I also emailed Help@fifty510, twice to cover my bases where again it was confirmed that it was communicated to your shipping department. Late Sunday night i was given this reassurance: Hi Heather, Thank you for letting us know. I have escalated your concern to the appropriate team member and they will be in touch in your patient portal. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to assist. Kindly, Karrah By 7am the package was shipped to the original address and will sit in August heat for more than 24 hours. I have also asked, for my reference, how long your refrigeration packaging should last. NO ONE HAS YET TO RESPOND. I will not be a returning costumer. Heather Chandler
