I have been trying to contact you regarding my order. The expiration date is less than six months.

This company will only respond if you have no complaints. Once I did make a complaint on the portal (which is the only way you can communicate), they disabled the account. I received an order with a use by date of October 2025 in Nov 2024. It was for 12 weeks. I ordered again in January and received product with a use by date earlier than my first order. The explanation was that it was a different size or concentration which they never explained before. Buyer beware. They accept payment very quickly but hopefully, you do not have an issue because they will not respond.

I forgot to mark for a $50.00 coupon on my first order. When I inquired you informed me of that mistake it would have been customer friendly to have given it to me anyway but you didn’t so shame on me. I had been getting prescriptions from another vender for the last two years. Instructions were also confusing I was to draw a 150 unites with a 100 unit syringe. I know being a senior I still should have figured to draw another 50. Hopefully it was all right to use same syringe. Thanks, Geoff Schmidt

Similar to the review left earlier today, I was sent a low quality product with no intended results, no appetite suppression and weight gain! Tried to discuss the fact that 503b is touted on website as the only quality and safety that their patients deserve. When questioned why I too did not deserve said safety and quality of the 503b, they stopped responding and ghosted me. Terrible service, SCAM, stay away, refused to help remedy a bad situation and deserve 0 stars.

I cant imagine that what they sent me was anything other than saline. It had absolutely zero effect and I up it to the max dosage and still zero effect. I brought it to their attention and was told I was wrong....I'd say stay away. Basically a scam as far as I am concerned

This company is a rip off, be aware and do not do business with them. I filled out the form and submitted the payment. After like 2 wks they're telling me my order was canceled and that I have to start over, submitted form and payment. I already called my bank to dispute the charges. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PPL!!!!
