Easy, fast, and good quality. The customer service has been responsive and helpful when I've had ordering questions, as well as the medical professionals answering my medical questions. I think the cost is about on par with other services (honestly haven't had a reason to price shop so I could be wrong about that) but there are no membership fees or contracts as I have heard can be on other sites.
