Answer my many questions quickly and efficiently. I get confused as my order may come in different strengths and I do not recognize that I have the same thing. Always nervous but you clear it up.

I’ve been with Fifty410 for two years…
I’ve been with Fifty410 for two years and have had a wonderful experience. I will say the last two times i reordered the I did experience a delay in either shipment of meds or a response after filling out the reorder form (which I think is geared more toward first time patients rather than returning. When I log into my account can you not see who I am? My birthdate? What dose I’m on? Which meds I’m taking or have a picture of my drivers license? It’s just redundant). But I will say that once I asked questions about shipment or intake response time it felt like the process was expedited. This company and glp-1’s have totally changed my life for the better and I’m very grateful for that! Now if there is anything you can do to make it even MORE affordable, that’d be awesome! Keep up the great work!!

Processing time
The overall whole process was good, easy website, easy application, and customer service was fast at responding. I placed my order on Monday and I received my package on Thursday.

Once you get past the info pages it was…
Once you get past the info pages it was ok. There just wasn't enough direction on how to finish some of the pages and retrieve passwords.

Everything has gotten better over time. I do have a hard time finding the right spot to send a message that I need a refill. But Everything else is very quick and efficient.
