They only sent less than half of the medication. I messaged them but got no reply. I would not use them again very poor customer service

My credit card was charged at the end of May. To dateI have received no product or information of eta. Also I have called three times and have not gotten a call back!

Did not honor price and then once I bought at the heightened price they send an email saying now it’s all $150 off.

Arsenio Aaron Has been judgmental and making false statements. His demeanor is unprofessional and not helpful. In one message he said something about “my housekeeper”. There is no housekeeper. He seems to add his own judgements to any conversation. Painfully rude. I did not receive the purchased medication. Since I had no packaging, Fifty410 is not reissuing the medication. I have nothing in my possession that says the drug name or Fifty410. Never have i received any medication by mail without the drug name and dosage listed.

Clearly watered down garbage! I'm on my sixth week with no appetite suppression and the food noise is strong. What a rip off. And they won't communicate with you!! When I ordered from another company, the meds kicked in quickly!

They charged me $1100 for a 12 week supply claiming the 24 week wasn’t available then released the 24 week supply for $1300 a couple of days later. I tried to get them to allow me to pay the difference for the 24 week but they denied my request.

If I could give zero stars I would. The doctors do not look at previous records that this company of doctors have for each patient to help refill orders. I was sent the wrong amount of medication and nothing has been done to fix it. That is a lot of money to waste.
