My first experience with Fifty 410 was fantastic. Shipment came and it was cold. The ice packs were still cold and the communication was spot on. Reordering was great unit it wasn’t. I asked to move to from 2.5mg to 5 mg. It was approved, i paid $656 expecting my vial the following week. But no. A week went by, I asked in the portal what’s going on. I received a message someone will contact me the next day. Nope. 2 days went by. Asked again, this time I was informed that the 10mg is no longer available and i will be receiving a 30 mg vial instead. Said ok, but waited again. Apparently a new script had to be sent to the pharmacy. So today I received my vials 30 mg x2. The communication this time around was terrible. I wanted more information about why things changed and I was ignored.

I love the quick and easy ordering and refilling process. My meds ship quick which is also great. The only issue I’ve had is the last time I re-ordered I clicked on my dose and paid the invoice. I then got an email a few days later that said the price was $150 more than I paid. I don’t understand why the price listed and the price I paid wasn’t correct? Why not just list the price it is suppose to be? Of not for that I would have given 5 stars easily.

They listed a 24 week option, so I picked as it was the most cost effective, and was told that program wasn’t available at this time. Pricing on website was different than what I was charged. I was offered a 12 week program and it showed $599 and I was charged $699. I questioned it and was told they had increased. Website needs to be updated with increases and availability of programs, very misleading.

I love the ease of getting my refill. The only thing that was very disappointing was they only gave me the option of 8 weeks or 6 months (6 months was out of my $ range) Where last time I did 12 weeks. When I inquired about the 12 weeks I pretty much got a too bad. Even when I mentioned my husband refilled for 12 weeks just 2 weeks prior. Was disappointed with my customer service this time around.

Fifty 410 did great, fast delivery! But going from Hallendale to BPI was not so great. BPI was not near as strong, so no appetite suppression this week!

details surrounding a refill order were confusing as to when I can actually reorder again. I have previously been told 7 days. Had an accident with paying to soon, was told complete paperwork and we will go ahead and submit the refill. I did that, to be told that I would have to wait 6 weeks before I could place a refill order, which will now be 05/30.

I was stressed out that even though I split the payment on two cards and I received confirmation that my prescription was going to the pharmacy, the next morning I was told I didn't pay and that my prescription was not at the pharmacy and would get pushed back about another 5 to 7 days. That was very upsetting. After two emails and a few phone calls I finally got everything resolved.

It was an easy process and quick until it got to pharmacy. I was initially quoted 5-7 days to fill but than after those days passed with nothing, not even an email to update I finally emailed only for them to say it's 8-12 business days. Which is insane cause I wouldn't have been allowed to pay in 8-12 business days. We're expected to pay these huge amounts but not get any updates. Don't get me wrong customer service responds quickly but they don't just update you have to send in emails and to me that makes me worry. I still haven't received my prescription that's why my stars are only 3
